Stephan’s vision was to create a brokerage that empowers its agents by providing them with the tools, education, and encouragement needed to excel in their careers. What started as a mission has grown into a thriving brokerage with over 50 agents and counting under his office.

Agnesa Struk serves as the Office Manager at USKO Realty, where she is dedicated to supporting both the team and the agents. She manages daily office operations and provides training and guidance to new agents as they begin their careers in real estate.

Mark Bortnovsky

Transaction Coordinator 

Mark is an essential part of the USKO Realty team, serving as the in-house Transaction Coordinator. Known for his friendly demeanor, helpful nature, and remarkable patience, Mark works closely with Realtors to ensure every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.

His primary role is to assist agents in maintaining organized and complete transaction files, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements. Mark also monitors key deadlines and keeps the process on track, providing agents with peace of mind so they can focus on their clients.
